meinen neuen Fashion vorbild ist

Miroslava Mikheeva Duma!!!

all pictures courtesy of Miroslava's Facebook page/ Wikifashion

Miroslava Duma is the former editor of Harpers Bazaar Russia. She is now a freelance writer for OK Magazine (Russia), Tatler, Glamour and an international fashion icon.

I like the fact that her outfits are simple, her jewelry minimal and how she is always chic. I know am a bit late to jump on this bandwagon but I'm totally having a fashiongasm...

I am so hot my head is on fire

What is this above my head???

turtleneck - VEROMODA Tweed &Brouges -ZARA Jeans -VINTAGE chains - C&A+H&M

Le Boyfriend, was dropping something over at a friends while I was in the car waiting (we were illegally parked someone had to be there to drive away) the headlights were on, and I thought the location would make for good blog pictures... so we took a few. Yes, that's how some roads in Hamburg look, cool no?

These are my fat jeans, which I am practically bursting out of.. hitting that gym with all the fury in the world! I also happen to be having a serious affair with Zara tweeds... I'm holding back from entering any  Zara store, well, at least for another week. This is going to be hard!

ODE TO THE MAJIC!!

Behold, my new hairdo:

Dress - H&M booties - DEICHMANN gloves - TK MAXX Tweed -ZARA scarf&leggings - GIFTS

If you have an H&M in your area, then you have seen this 70's style Jersey dress that looks very simple and ordinary on the racks but is completely beautiful once you have on. I know I will be wearing it often this autmn/winter.

Another tip I got from someone's blog is that when it get's colder, if the clothes you wear ontop are warm enough (or vice versa) you don't really freeze. It actually works.

We went for some Gluhwine (warm sweet wine that's usually served at around christmas and in christmas markets and festivals) at a yatch club that functions only in summer, it's getting colder so they have blankets out and you can snuggle up and enjoy the view over warm wine, or whatever rocks your boat. Funzies!
Enjoy your weekend!

New Addition....

Silk road red DvF tote bag.

It's made of polyester twill fabric with a shiny patent trim, and the exact same color as my suitcases..

The best part is, I found it in TK Maxx marked down from 200 euro to 36 euro.... SCORE!!

Gucci Cruise collection 2012 Advertisement

This has my name written all over it.... just saying!!

so what if I like pretty things?

I'm wearing pink, because it's breast health month....

Clutch,Shoes, skirt, top, strumpfe -H&M chain, sweater - ZARA scarf -GIFTS gilet -TALLY WIEJL Jacket -Vintage
Cuff - VERO MODA earrings - BIJOU BRIGITTE

I have never been the pink loving kinda girl but at some point I realised my wardrobe lacked color and character, so I got all these clothes in different hues. This summer though, out of all the bright colors, I found myself buying a lot of pinks, Much to the chagrin of my poor roomate who when I suggested we re-paint the house replied 'OH NO; NOT IN PINK!!' The walls are still white just like I like them...

As per my tweets, winter kinda just creeped up on us. No warnings no nothing. We went from enjoying sun in late September to biting cold. Hello layering...

I probably won't be wearing the pink ribbon, but I will be wearing pink. Ignorance is a bad disease, so get information, do the self tests and go for the mandatory check ups! Stay healthy!

Make HAY not WAR!!

The great reveal....

Dress - ZARA, shoes - H&M

Et Voila!!

Was lazing about in the house when I noticed how the light was hitting my room, so I got my camera out,  moved a few things around, and took a few shots... Must say I love the outcome :)

This is one of the FEW dresses I would actually consider (though I will NEVER) wearing jeans under. It works as a dress but is sheer enough to work as a shirt too. Maybe I'll wear treggings / jeggings underneath it, hmmm, we'll see.

...The Adventures of raindance Maggie....

Do I look tired?

shorts&Cuff - H&M top&chain- NEWYORKER shoes - thrifted

That's probably because I am...

Here's a look at the outfit I wore to the RHCP concert. I went for warmth and comfort and maybe a bit of the 70's. It was raining and windy outside, inside was a whole nother story. It was warm and nice. I quickly realised wearing a long sleeved top or black to any concert is not the best idea (sweat and visibility). Also wearing a light pink bra under a blacktop is not a good idea. To the naked eye it might not be visible but I did take a few pictures at the venue which looking at now, you can actually SEE my bra... Not cute!

RED HOT CHILLI PEPPERS (pointless commentary)

Because they are the best band ever.... (after coldplay)

I just got back from the Red Hot Chilli Peppers concert... and phooey was it good.

Unlike the other times, I was unable to get the front row or standing area tickets so I was a bit far hence the poor pictures. Although they will have to do for memories sake.

The New gitaurist is really good. He has a way of owning the old songs and kinda transforming them into something that is him but also still recognizeable. FLEA has to be the best bassist ever!!and the never tiring  drummer - Chad Smith is too cool!! I was also amazed at how good Anthony and Flea's bodys look... I mean after all these years?! it's a good thing though they look that good if only for their love of being topless.

The set list was also really good. They played a few hits from different albums, carlifornication and I'm with you (Ethiopia which is one of my favorites from their new album), and blood sugar sex magic (which we had never seen them perform live before) and ended the show after a call for encore with 'GIVE IT AWAY' with Femi Kuti - who was the opening act by the way, on the sax.
It was a very memorable night. The only missing thing were my girlfriends from high school, who I used to laze the days after classes away listening and singing along  to RHCP songs.
